"The S4 headphones have now become an integral part of my day-to-day workflow and have helped me attain a high level of quality in my mixes as an on-the-go alternative to mixing on my studio monitors. They give me a true representation of my mix wherever I am."
My recording career grew out of a love of music and being lucky enough to do work experience at Presshouse Studios in Devon, (Martin Barre of Jethro Tull’s fame, recording studios), at the age of 15. I then studied at The School of Audio Engineering in Glasgow until I moved to London and started working at a number of small project studios, before finding a place at Sarm West Studios.
During my time at Sarm I was able to work with a diverse range of artists and producers. After gaining experience as an Assistant Engineer, I then began working as an in-house Engineer. Training under producers such as Trevor Horn, Danton Supple, Julian Mendlessohn and Steve Lipson, amongst others.
I've had the pleasure of working with the likes of Sia, Mark Ronson, Coldplay, Petshop Boys, Seal, Megadeth, Gorillaz and the Rolling Stones to name a few.
I now write and produce my own music and work full-time at Cavendish Music, a production music publisher in King's Cross in central London, as in-house Mix and Mastering engineer and head of production.
