Refund policy

Returns 

We offer a 90 days money-back guarantee. The 90 days trial period starts on the day you receive the product. If 90 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Item must be in functional condition and not damaged by the customer. The package and item must be without any visible damage, and complete with all accessories. To be eligible for a refund from OLLO Audio the product must have been purchased directly from OLLO Audio. If your product was purchased from other retailers you must contact that specific retailer. Please note that resellers may have a different return policy with shorter timeframes.

Shipping costs to return the product are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. A lost package will stop a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 working days.

Shipping costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless you return the item under your statutory right of withdrawal (within 14 days of receipt – Directive 2011/83/EU) or due to a fault or error on our part. In these cases, we’ll refund the original shipping cost, but only up to the price of standard delivery (not express or other premium options).

Customs, taxes and duties:

  • For EU orders, VAT and applicable sales taxes are included in your purchase price and will be refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal as well as the 90 days money back option available to you.

  • For non-EU orders (USA, UK, CA, AU, NO, etc), OLLO Audio DOES NOT collect customs, import duties or any local sales taxes at the checkout. These charges are paid to the local authorities by the buyer or by OLLO Audio on behalf of the buyer when importing the product(s). In case of a product return, these charges may be reclaimed by the buyer directly from the local authorities, as they were paid in the buyer’s country and can not be refunded by OLLO Audio. When you return the product from outside the EU, any additional import duties, fees or levies that occur due to the return can be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account in a day or two.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@olloaudio.com.
 
Defective/damaged products (if applicable)
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service at info@olloaudio.com. We will try to identify the problem and decide if the product needs an inspection in our headquarters. If that's the case, you will receive further instructions on how to get the defective or damaged product back to us for a warranty repair.

To return your product, you should mail your product to OLLO Audio d.o.o. | PE PTP | Mednarodni prehod 6 | 5290 Šempeter pri Gorici | Slovenia, EU. 

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping policy

We ship all over the world, but there's a chance that for some reason our carrier does not deliver to your country or region. This is usually the case for very remote regions or countries with weak transport connections. If this is the case please contact us before placing an order to find an alternative carrier for your order!  

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING NOTE: We'll send your package using standard postal services (Pošta Slovenije). In EU delivery times are approx 8 days, the USA is 18 days and other countries are 30 days. Make sure your local post office does not leave packages at the front door without your signature. We do not take responsibility for stolen packages in that or similar cases. Depending on where you are you might have to pay import taxes in your country. Be advised. OLLO Audio does not include import taxes in the purchase price or shipping costs. You might have to pay for them. OLLO Audio can send you an invoice in advance so you can check with local authorities before you make a purchase.
