USC CALIBRATION
Calibration is the "final mile" in delivering perfectly flat frequency response. All our headphones are very well tuned out of the box and measured in quality control. By measuring every individual unit we can capture any deviations in sound quality that comes from material tolerances for a specific unit. Calibration fixes these and frequency response beyond what's possible with acoustic design alone.
Unit specific calibration can achieve an incredibly low tolerance of approximately ~1dB to the selected frequency target. For illustration purpose, generic software calibrations like Sonarworks Sound ID or Waves NX can only achieve about ~3dB.
Unit Specific Calibration (USC) includes a software plugin and a calibration data file. The plugin comes in AU, VST and AAX format for Mac and Win users. The calibration data file is in XPS format that enables manual import to any 3rd party EQ plugin or hardware.

Free beats, gigs and mixes are all disrescpectful and are killing the industry. Everyone should be paid fairly and accordingly. So we do not offer discounts per se (not even on Black Friday and Cyber Monday) as we don't support that mentality.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
- OLLO Audio provides a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty for the S4 and S5 series.
- During the initial two years, we offer full coverage for repairs, excluding only the cable and ear pads. We handle all repair and shipping expenses both ways, with the exception of custom duties. Depending on your location, there might be a way to void these as well.
- For the subsequent years, we offer a limited warranty, covering all repair costs (excluding cable and ear pads) but not shipping expenses.

FILLING A WARRANTY CLAIM
- Have your invoices ready.
- Fill out the form on the Help Desk.
- After you submit a claim, we'll contact you with further information. Typically, we respond within 48 hours.
- We will arrange a DHL pickup at the address of your choice and inspect the headphones in our lab.
- After the headphones are fixed, we will ship them back to you via regular post.
- If you need your headphones back faster, contact us at info@olloaudio.com to arrange DHL express shipping (costs 24.90€).
