Register your headphones & enter the backstage

Hi there! If you've recently purchased OLLO headphones, whether directly from our web store or a third-party retailer like Amazon, Thomann, Gear4music, or others, you’ll need to register your product. This quick guide will walk you through the process.

Filling Out the Registration Form

If you bought your OLLO headphones directly from our web store, you can skip this step. However, if you purchased them from any other retailer, you’ll need to register them. Here’s how to do it.

Go to the registration page.
You’ll be asked to fill in the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address (Please use the same one you used for your previous purchase)
  • Country
  • Product Model (most likely the X1)
  • Where You Purchased the Headphones (select from the available retailers)
  • Date of Purchase
  • Serial Number (you can find this on the calibration certificate or registration card)

Lastly, you'll need to upload a proof of purchase, which is usually the invoice. If you don't have the invoice, a screenshot of your order from a retailer like Amazon or Thomann will work. Upload a PDF or JPEG file, and you’re ready to go!

Account Creation

After submitting your registration form, you’ll be automatically redirected to a page to create an account. Since you probably don’t have an account with us if you purchased from a retailer, the system will guide you through the setup process.

You’ll need to:

  • Re-enter your details (name, surname, etc.)
  • Use the same email you registered with
  • Create a new password

If the email you entered is already in our database, you'll see a message letting you know that your email is already linked to an account. In this case, you can reset your password instead of creating a new account.

Confirmation Emails

After completing the registration and account setup, you’ll receive two emails:

  1. The First Email will confirm that your product is now registered, along with links to the backstage area.
  2. The Second Email (in case you had to reset your password) will help you set up your new password if your email was already in the system.

Once everything is sorted, you can sign in to access your backstage area.

Explore the Backstage

Once logged in, you'll have access to:

  • Order History
  • Account Details
  • Sales & Shipping Addresses

Note: If you registered your headphones but didn’t buy them directly from us, they won’t appear in the purchase history. However, as long as you received the confirmation email for successful registration, your product is safely registered to your account.

What’s in the Backstage?

The backstage area contains several resources, including:

  • Downloads and Resources: Download the USC calibration plugin for both editions (for older models like S4X and S5X), as well as tutorials on how to install it.
  • User Manuals and Measurement Reports: Access detailed user manuals and download full measurement reports for all models.
  • Tutorials: Learn more about your headphones, such as what causes dead speakers, how a squashed membrane looks and sounds, and why left and right matter.
  • Feedback Form: Your feedback helps us improve our products, so please take a moment to fill it out!

You’ll also find accessories like hangers, hard cases, cables, and spare parts. We offer spare parts for all models, so if something breaks, you can easily replace it yourself. It’s simple!

The backstage ends with a behind-the-scenes vlog, where you can see what we’re doing as a brand.
